Keep it confidential

What is said here stays here. This covers the room, chats and documents. The NDA you sign sets out the rules.

No recordings. No audio, video, transcripts or AI note-takers in any session or group call.

Guests and advisers sign first. Nobody joins a session until they have accepted the NDA.

Show up and contribute

Be present. Arrive on time and prepared, for Table Meetings and mentoring sessions. Be ready to take part fully.

Confirm or decline. Let us know at least 48 hours ahead.

Be candid. The value of the room comes from honest, unvarnished discussion. Share the real challenge, and give honest, constructive challenge back.

Challenge with respect

Challenge the idea, not the person. Pressure-test assumptions and strategies hard, with professional respect and courtesy.

Keep it non-commercial

The Director's Table is a strategic peer board, not a sales or networking club.

No unsolicited pitching. Do not make unsolicited direct sales pitches to other members. Build professional connections.

Respect relationships. Respect fellow members' client relationships and people. Do not use what you hear here to headhunt.

You can share open roles with the group, and members are free to do business together.

Declare conflicts

If a topic comes up where you have a personal or commercial conflict of interest, tell the Chair straight away.

How we look after the room

We will not knowingly place direct competitors at the same table.

If the code is broken

Breaking this code undermines the group. We can review, suspend or end the membership of anyone who breaches it, under the membership terms. Where the NDA is involved, the steps in the NDA apply first.
