The result is stronger thinking before commitments are made.

Established business owners and senior decision-makers typically operating at £500k+ turnover, with growing teams, increasing complexity, and responsibility for strategic decisions. Members may already have a leadership team, advisers, or a formal board. The value lies in independent challenge and perspective from experienced peers outside their organisation. The Director's Table is for people who believe better thinking leads to better decisions.

The Director's Table uses a structured advisory format, not a group coaching model. The Chair holds the process, not the agenda. There are no motivational elements, no group targets, and no accountability check-ins between sessions. It is a table, not a classroom.

The founding seats are the first 10 places at The Director's Table. Founding members join at £495 per month on a 6-month initial commitment (reduced from £595/month). The first meeting is complimentary. The founding rate is locked in for 12 months.

We ask for a minimum commitment of three sessions to allow the group dynamic to develop. Membership is reviewed on a rolling basis thereafter.
