Membership Terms
These terms apply to all members of The Director's Table. By securing a seat, you agree to the following.
Membership commitment
Your first session (including lunch) is fully complimentary as a guest of the Chair. Following your guest session, official membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment, billed monthly at £395 per month, commencing on the date of your second session (your first official member session).
Cancellation
Members may cancel after the initial 6-month term with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for part-months or unused sessions.
Confidentiality
All members sign a separate confidentiality agreement prior to attending their first session. You agree to keep all business details, financial data, and personal information shared by other members strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination of membership without refund.
No professional advice
The Director's Table provides a facilitated peer-to-peer advisory environment. Feedback, suggestions, and insights shared by the Chair or other members are for peer-support and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, tax, or professional corporate advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions.
No-conflict safeguard
To ensure a safe environment for open sharing, we enforce a strict "no competitors" policy. Direct competitors will not be placed at the same table.
Conduct
Members are expected to contribute actively, challenge constructively, and respect all other members. Selling, pitching, or soliciting within sessions is strictly prohibited. The Chair reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is detrimental to the table.
Session attendance
Members are expected to attend sessions regularly. Persistent non-attendance may result in a membership review. Sessions are not recorded and no catch-up provision is available.
Pricing changes
Founding members retain their locked rate of £395/month for the duration of their membership, provided membership is maintained without a break. Rates for new members are subject to change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
